Nocilla ice cream (milk, cocoa, hazelnuts and sugar)

          Great, Laura! I'm glad. As for replacing the cream, I have always done it with it but it will be a matter of testing. I would change it for 200 g of yogurt and, experimenting, I would substitute the 50 g of sugar for a tablespoon and a half of invert sugar. But what I said, is what I would do but I have not tried it (yet ...).
