Muffins with ham and vegetables

Today I propose a recipe easy to transport since, with the arrival of good weather, the outings and excursions to the countryside or the beach begin. Obviously it is also ideal to take to the office or for birthday parties.

I'm sure you are going to love it because it is a very original way of eating vegetables and we can also put the ingredients that we like the most; pepper, mushrooms, carrots, zucchini ...

You can make the muffins with your favorite ingredients. Try changing the cooked ham for cold cuts of turkey or chicken breast. So the combinations They multiply.

I hope you enjoy them.

How original and how good it looks ... but if you have to serve it right away, we can't take it outside, right? or is it well preserved?
Thank you so much for the recipe :-)))

      Hello there!

you are right that it is a bit contradictory but it has its explanation. The best thing is that they are served right away because you already know that there are things that, freshly made, are divine! But, in turn, they are as easy to transport as a simple cupcake. I advise you to put them in a metal box or a glass container with a lid.

      Kisses!

And what is the apple dessert used for? To give it a special taste? When does it get?

    1.    Mayra Fernandez Joglar said

      Hi John,

I think there has been a misunderstanding. The recipe says "½ tablespoon of mustard." In other words, you have to take a dessert spoon and fill it halfway with mustard ... not apple!

      I hope your question remains.

      Kisses!!

Hello Mayra, it sounds divine. A question that I have can be done in another type of mold, for example, plum cake? And what time would it be?

    1.    Mayra Fernandez Joglar said

      Hi Claudia,

of course it can be put in a plum cake mold !! But remember to grease it before adding the dough, okay?

I'm not very sure about the time, but about 30 minutes you will surely need them. Then it is a matter of clicking and seeing if it is ready.

      You will tell me!

      Kisses!

I made the recipe yesterday and since I did not have York ham, I put Serrano in a plum cake mold, I left it for about 40 min, it came out very very good both hot and cold

    Hi!
I invited a friend to eat tomorrow, since I have a baby and I'm always on time, I want to leave them ready today or better leave the dough ready today and tomorrow just put them in the oven, so they are fresh. Can I do this ?? Or will they no longer be as good?

    1.    Mayra Fernandez Joglar said

      Hello Paula,

You can make this recipe the day before, although it will not be as good as freshly made. What I do not advise is that you leave the dough overnight since when it has yeast it may ferment too much.

To save a little time, what I recommend is to do it in a plum cake mold. This will avoid having to fill individual capsules one by one. You just have to grease the mold a little and increase the cooking for 10 minutes.

I hope you have a good time with the food !!

      Kisses!
