The fruits that we can use are endless, the ones you like the most, the ones you have more at hand or the ripe ones, the seasonal ones ...

Then you just have to mix it with the milk and a little bit of juice that you have at home (in this case I have used pineapple juice) and enjoy !! It's interesting let it sit for 30 minutes or 1 hour, so that the milk takes on the flavor of the fruit. But if you don't have time, you can do it at the moment and that's it. Nor do I recommend leaving it done for too long, kind of overnight, because the fruit loses its texture and is no longer so crunchy.
