Mushrooms with garlic potatoes

It is an easy recipe to make, and fast. In Thermomix it is prepared in 15 minutes. It takes us longer in the kitchen because we have to clean the mushrooms and peel the potato, but you know that this is not so much either.

Serve as incoming and as a garnish. And it is a vegetarian dish and Vegan because in this case, unlike other recipes, not lead Serrano ham.

Ingredients

• 4 cloves of garlic
• 3 large sage leaves
• 300 g of clean and chopped mushrooms
• 100 g of potato peeled and diced
• Chilli (Optional)
• 40 g of extra virgin olive oil
• Sal Island

Preparation

1. We put the garlic and sage in the glass. We shred 4 seconds, speed 5.

2. We put the mariposa on the blades and add the rest of the ingredients. We program 14 minutes, varoma temperature, counterclockwise, spoon speed.

3. We serve immediately.

Notes

You can substitute sage for parsley or another aromatic herb.
