Today I propose a very easy and successful recipe to prepare: mushrooms with ham. It is also fast, because we will have it ready in just over 15 minutes.
These mushrooms can be served as incoming or as accompaniment, depending on how we have planned the menu.

Ingredients

30 or 40 g of Serrano ham
1 garlic clove
30 g onion
Parsley
20 g oil
300 g of mushrooms
70 g of white wine

Preparation

We clean the mushrooms and cut them into quarters.
We put the ham in the glass and chop it with a few turbo strokes. We take out and reserve.
We put the garlic, onion and parsley in the glass. We program 2 seconds, speed 7. We lower what has remained on the walls.
Now we add the ham and the oil. We program 3 minutes, 100º, speed 1.
Once the time is up, we add the mushrooms and program others 3 minutes, 100º, left turn, spoon speed.
We incorporate the wine and program between 8 and 10 minutes (depending on the size of your mushrooms), varoma temperature, left turn, spoon speed.
We serve immediately.
