Noodles with eels and prawns

We continue with pasta dishes easy to do and quick for these hot summer days, when you don't feel like cooking too long, much less turning on the oven !! I prepared this dish today by improvising the food a little, I had little time, a few garlic precious newly bought, some eels with prawns and what could I add? Some noodles!!

Quick pasta dish made with tallerines, garlic sprouts, baby eels and prawns. For pasta lovers, a delight! Perfect for when we don't have much time to cook.

Ingredients

  • 1000 g of water
  • 300 g noodles
  • 50 g oil
  • 100 g garlic sprouts
  • 1 package of 250 g of gulas with drained prawns (without oil)
  • 2 cayenne chillies (optional)
  • 4 min varoma knife left turn
  • 50 g of white wine

Preparation

  1. We put the water, a pinch of salt in the glass and heat 8 minutes, varoma temperature, spoon speed. We pour the noodles into the mouth and set the time that indicate package, temperature 100, spoon speed, left turn.

  2. We drain the pasta with the help of the basket or a strainer and reserve.

  3. Without washing the glass, we put the oil and the garlic sprouts in the glass and grind 5 seconds, speed 5. Then we cook 8 minutes, varoma temperature, spoon speed.

  4. Add the cayenne and eel with the prawns and the wine and program 4 minutes, varoma temperature, spoon speed, left turn.

  5. We remove the cayenne and add the noodles. We program 2 minutes, temperature 100º, spoon speed, left turn.

  6. We serve.

    Hello, I am new to the thermomix and I have an addiction to your page, I look every week with which new recipes you surprise me. I have made this recipe and this is great, but I have a question about white wine when it is added? In order not to screw it up, I didn't put it on.
