Octopus stew with tomato in Thermomix

Octopus with tomato in Thermomix

I the octopus I usually do it in the pressure cooker, with a little wine or beer and a bay leaf. But you have to vary so today I show you how to prepare an octopus stew with tomato in your Thermomix.

It is also the simplest and it is just as Tender. It takes time to do it (we need an hour to cook the octopus) but it doesn't take us too much effort because it is the machine that works.

Do you want to finish with a good dessert? Here you have the link to a delicious cheese cake with strawberry sauce.

Hello, can you make frozen cooked octopus?

      Hi Mary,
If it were frozen, you would not need the octopus to cook for so long ... It is better that the octopus is raw so that it cooks with the tomato and the sauce takes all its flavor.
Try this other recipe that is made with already cooked octopus: https://www.thermorecetas.com/pulpo-a-la-gallega-o-pulpo-a-feira/. It is different but it also looks very good.
      A hug!
