Here is a simple bread: olive bread.

It is so easy that we will make the dough by introducing all the ingredients in the glass and programming a few minutes at spike speed. Then we let it lift (like usually in this of the breads), we will shape it, incorporating the olives, and again a few minutes of waiting.

Ingredients

  • 200 g of water
  • 100 g of warm milk
  • 10 g of sugar
  • 25 g baker's yeast
  • 500 g of bread flour
  • 20 g olive oil
  • 10 g of salt
  • 150 g of black olives

Preparation

  1. We put the water, milk, sugar, yeast, flour, oil and salt in the glass. We mix by programming 4 minutes, closed cup, spike speed. We let the dough rise in the glass for approximately 1 hour.

  2. After that time we turn on the oven at 180º.

  3. We give the dough a rectangular shape, using a rolling pin. We put the pitted olives (more or less quantity, according to taste), roll up the dough and cut (you can see something similar in the recipe of balsamic vinegar bread).

  4. Now we let it rise for 30 minutes.

  5. When this time has passed, we bake the loaves at 180º for approximately 30 minutes, until the surface is golden.
