Orange and mango juice with lime flavor

If there is something good about the Thermomix, it is that it is valid for many things. Maybe he cooks you some steamed vegetables that makes you a delicious juice, like the one today, which is orange and mango with the aroma of lime.

I know that we all know its functions but surely there are some that you use more than others, right? In my house, for example, we use it a lot for stews, creams and desserts. However do juices We did not have it very present and we always resorted to the blender of a lifetime.

However, last summer we decided to drink the famous lemonade. And that led to small tests with different ingredients and textures. Now we are hooked on juices, smoothies, and shakes. Every weekend we try different combinations, with normal or exotic fruits, with yogurts, ice cream ... We even dare with cocktails!

Mango and orange drink with a smooth flavor and fine texture, with a final touch of lime that makes it very fresh.

Ingredients

• 200 g of peeled orange
• 100 g mango, peeled and pitted
• The juice of ½ lime

Preparation

1. Remove well all the white skins of the orange so that they do not turn bitter.

2. Chop the pulp of the orange and the mango into similar portions and place them in the glass. Shred for 30 seconds at speed 6.

3. Pass the mixture through a fine mesh strainer.

4. To the resulting mixture add the lime juice and stir.

5. Pour the mixture into two glasses or glasses and garnish with pieces of fresh fruit. In my case I have used some pieces of banana and some strawberries.

6. Serve immediately so that the vitamins do not oxidize.
