Orange sorbet with fresh fruit

Ingredients

• 1 lemon, peeled (without the white part)
• 2 peeled oranges (without the white part)
• The juice of 1 orange
• 125 g of sugar
• 650 g ice cubes
• Fresh fruit (peach, pineapple ...)

Preparation

1. We start by peeling and chopping the fresh fruit with which we are going to accompany our sorbet.

2. Put the oranges and lemons cut into quarters, the orange juice, the sugar and the ice (in this order) in the glass. We program 45 seconds, progressive speed 6-8, stopping from time to time if necessary to lower what may be on the walls.

3. We serve immediately with a few pieces of the fruit that we had prepared before.
