Orange sponge cake without butter

It is easy to do and it is very fluffy. East orange cake it has no butter and no oil.

In its place we will put liquid cream, which has fewer calories.

It is orange because one of its ingredients is Natural orange juice. This will be responsible for giving it all the flavor. You will see, it is a mild orange flavor that is not camouflaged by that of any other ingredient.

An easy to prepare sponge cake that contains liquid cream instead of butter. It stands out for its delicate orange juice flavor.

Ingredients

• 2 eggs
• 200 g of liquid cream
• 150 g of sugar
• 260 g of pastry flour
• The juice of 1 orange
• 1 sachet of backing powder
• 1 orange to decorate (optional)

Preparation

1. We put the butterfly in the glass. We add the eggs, the cream and the sugar. We program 2 minutes, speed 3. Next we program 3 minutes, 37º, speed 4.

2. We remove the butterfly, put the lid and put the Thermomix in speed 2. Through the mouth we add the flour, the orange juice and the yeast. We program 1 minute, speed 3.

3. Flour a mold about 22 cm in diameter. We put the dough inside.

4. We preheat the oven to 175º. When it has reached that temperature, we bake our cake for approximately 35 minutes.

5. Let cool and decorate it.

Notes

It is a round sponge cake, 22 cm in diameter. In this case, for the presentation, I have cut it with a small ring, thus obtaining small cakes.
