Ingredients
Pumpkin Jam
- 500 g of raw pumpkin
- 280 g of sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 30 ml lemon juice
- 1 and 1/2 cup of water
Panna Cotta
- 500 ml of cream for cooking
- 8 sheets of neutral gelatin
- 250 ml of milk
- 150 g of sugar

Preparation
Pumpkin Jam
We put the pumpkin in small pieces in our glass. we program it 10 seconds at speed 5.
With the spatula we lower the pumpkin down and add the 280 g of sugar, the 30 ml of lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and 1 and 1/2 cups of water. We schedule it for 10 seconds and speed 5 to 10 progressively.
We lower the mixture down the glass and program it for 35 minutes at varoma temperature at speed 1. Finished the jam we leave it with this texture. If we prefer a lighter texture we can program during 1 minute at speed 5 to 10 progressively. Remove the jam from the glass and set aside.
Panna Cotta
In a large glass of cold water, soak the gelatin sheets for 10 minutes.
In the clean glass we put the 500 ml of cream, 250 ml of milk and 150 g of sugar. We schedule it for 6 minutes at 80 ° at speed 3.
At the end of the time, add the drained jellies and program again for 10 seconds at speed 3.
We prepare some cups to fill. We put a portion of jam on its base and add the Panna Cotta cream. We put it in the fridge to harden.
