Today's recipe is slightly more caloric than the type of pasta I usually cook. Although ... who can resist the Carbonara sauce? Carbonara Pasta with Asparagus. All the flavor of pasta in combination with the delicious carbonara sauce cooked at the same time in a few steps. A simple and delicious dish that is also accompanied by some delicious green asparagus.

Ingredients

  • 200 g onions, quartered
  • 100 g bacon in strips
  • 20 g olive oil
  • 1 bunch of green asparagus
  • 200 g of cream for cooking
  • 200 g of water
  • 200 g of short pasta
  • Yolks 2
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. First of all, we chop the onion. For this we will put it in the glass next to the oil and program 3 seconds speed 5.

  2. We will lower the remains of the walls with the spatula and we will incorporate the bacon in strips. We will introduce the basket and put the asparagus cut into 3 cm strips. We will schedule 14 minutes, varoma temperature, left turn and spoon speed.

  3. Once ready, with some tweezers we will remove the yolks from the asparagus. Remove the basket and add the cream, water, salt, black pepper and asparagus. We program 4 minutes, temperature 100º, turn to the left and spoon speed.

  4. After that time, we add the pasta through the nozzle and program 7 minutes, temperature 100º, turn to the left and spoon speed.

  5. We beat the egg yolks and add them through the jar together with the asparagus yolks so that they are al dente. We program 2 minutes, temperature 100º, turn to the left and spoon speed.

  6. Serve immediately.
