If you like the broccoli you will like this pasta. It is steamed, in the varoma container, and sautéed with other flavorful ingredients, specifically with anchovies and olives.

While we prepare that we will cook the pasta in a saucepan. The ultimate goal is for the pasta to finish cooking just when we finish making that sautéed broccoli. That will be the moment to unite our ingredients and to finish our tasty dish.

We show you all this in a video. There you will see that the pasta barely has to be drained, that it should not be cooled under a stream of cold water and that it is perfect when we immediately add it to our already sautéed broccoli.

Ingredients

  • 350 g broccoli
  • 600 g of water
  • Sal Island
  • 30 g of Parmesan in pieces
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 4 anchovies
  • 50 g of extra virgin olive oil
  • 20 black olives

To cook the pasta:

  • Abundant water
  • 320 g pasta
  • Sal Island

Preparation

  1. Cut the broccoli into small bunches. We put them in the basket. We put 600 g of water in the glass and a little salt. We place the basket inside the glass and program 15 minutes, varoma temperature, speed 2. We take out and reserve.

  2. We put water in a saucepan to cook the pasta. Taking into account the cooking time indicated by the manufacturer, the ideal is that the pasta finishes cooking when we finish sautéing the broccoli and the rest of the ingredients.

  3. We wash and dry the glass. We put the cheese in it and grate it for 10 seconds at speed 8. We take out and reserve.

  4. Without having to wash the glass, we put the garlic clove in it and program 3 seconds, speed 7. We lower with the spatula what is left on the walls.

  5. We chop the anchovies and also put them in the glass. We incorporate the oil and program 3 minutes, 100º, speed 1.

  6. We add the olives and the broccoli. We program 3 minutes, 100º, left turn, spoon speed.

  7. We put the cooked pasta in a large bowl. We put the broccoli immediately and mix well. We will salt if we consider it necessary.

  8. We serve with the cheese that we have grated at the beginning of the recipe.

Notes

You can use whole wheat or traditional pasta, always taking into account the cooking time indicated by the manufacturer.
