Sautéed broccoli

It is the second broccoli recipe that I publish this week but it has an explanation: it is now when this vegetable is at a good price and at its best. We have to take advantage, don't you think?

El cooked broccoli it is a fantastic source of vitamin C, potassium, and folate. It also contains vitamin A, magnesium, iron and phosphorus.

When you go to buy it, it is important that you choose those closed, compact and intense colored bouquets. Keep in mind that the ones that are flowery are neither fresh nor tender.

If the other day we included it in a Butter, today we bring it to the table sautéed and with cubes of cooked ham of which you can even do without if you follow a vegetarian or lazy diet.
