Pasta with mushrooms

I don't know if the same thing happens to you, but when I look at cooking books and magazines I end up looking only at the laborious and time-consuming recipes. This makes me very angry because later, on a day-to-day basis, the least I have is tiempo.

So today's recipe is especially dedicated to those who lack of time to dedicate it to the kitchen ... that I do not find out that you are eating badly and with the Thermomix dying of laughter in the kitchen!

To make the recipe versatile, it can be made with any type of short pasta that you have at home. The cheese, too, any type that you have grated in the freezer is even worth a cured cheese. The mushrooms, I have used them from a can so that you do not make me an excuse that there were not in the greengrocer!

En 30 minutes we will have our pasta dish prepared and we will still have time to dress a salad and set the table !!

      You can also use cream for cooking or cream for whipping but loosen it a little milk.
