I don't know if the same thing happens to you, but when I look at cooking books and magazines I end up looking only at the laborious and time-consuming recipes. This makes me very angry because later, on a day-to-day basis, the least I have is tiempo.

So today's recipe is especially dedicated to those who lack of time to dedicate it to the kitchen ... that I do not find out that you are eating badly and with the Thermomix dying of laughter in the kitchen!

To make the recipe versatile, it can be made with any type of short pasta that you have at home. The cheese, too, any type that you have grated in the freezer is even worth a cured cheese. The mushrooms, I have used them from a can so that you do not make me an excuse that there were not in the greengrocer!

En 30 minutes we will have our pasta dish prepared and we will still have time to dress a salad and set the table !!

A recipe that you can use when you don't have time to cook.

Ingredients

  • 170 g of short pasta (bows, spirals ...)
  • 1 leek
  • 1 liter of water (to cook the pasta)
  • 100 g of water
  • 125 g of mushrooms
  • 50 g of evaporated milk
  • 2 tablespoons of grated cheese (Parmesan, Emmental, Gruyère ...)
  • 15 g olive oil
  • salt, pepper and nutmeg

Preparation

  1. Place 1 liter of water in the glass. Program 8 minutes at 100º speed 2. Add the pasta and program the time indicated on the package, 100º, spoon speed and left turn. Put the beaker inclined so that the water does not come out of the top. After the time, drain the pasta and reserve.

  2. Clean, wash and cut the white part of the leek into 4 pieces. Chop it during 5 seconds at speed 4. Lower the pieces that have stuck to the glass and add the oil and fry it for 3 minutes at 100º and speed 1.

  3. Add 100 g of water and continue cooking for 4 minutes at 100º and speed 1, without beaker, so that the liquid evaporates.

  4. Add the mushrooms and sauté them for 3 minutes, Varoma temperature, speed 1, left turn, without beaker.

  5. Add milk, grated cheese and program others 2 minutes at 100º, speed 1, left turn. Season with salt and pepper.

  6. Divide the reserved pasta between two plates and add the sauce on top and with a little freshly grated nutmeg.

  7. Serve right away.

    Hello Mayra, your recipe is fantastic, but I have a question, if I don't have evaporated milk, since I don't usually use it at home, can you suggest any other ingredient to replace it? Thanks. ANGELS

      Hello Angels,

      You can also use cream for cooking or cream for whipping but loosen it a little milk.
