If yesterday you emptied a pumpkin, this is your recipe: an original pasta covered with pumpkin béchamel and gratin.

A different dish with which you will discover how easy it is to turn a simple béchamel into a salsa Special.

I have made it with tagliatelle but you can use the pasta that you like the most. This bechamel is also very good in a plate of Lasagna.

Simple pasta recipe covered with an original pumpkin béchamel. An autumn dish that will appeal to older children.

First we make the bechamel. We put the milk, butter, flour, salt and nutmeg in the glass. We program 8 minutes, 90º, speed 4. We take out of the glass and reserve.
We wash the glass. We put in it the onion and the oil. We program 3 minutes, 100º, speed 4. We add the pumpkin and program 2 minutes, 100º, left turn, spoon speed. We add the wine and, without placing the beaker, we program again 2 minutes 100º, left turn, spoon speed. Now add the salt and hot water. We program 20 minutes, 100º, left turn, spoon speed. While it cooks, we cook the pasta in a saucepan, taking into account the times indicated by the manufacturer.
After 20 minutes we also put the bechamel that we had made at the beginning in the glass and holding the glass we program 20 seconds, speed 5.
Mix the pumpkin bechamel with the pasta and place the Parmesan and the pumpkin cubes on the surface.
Gratin in the oven for a few minutes
