Pasta with spinach and bechamel

Fresh spinachThis is the main ingredient in this pasta that ends, with a layer of béchamel sauce, in the oven.

First we will make the spinach, with a little milk. And then, without having to wash the glass, we will prepare the bechamel. We will only need the grated cheese and put everything in the oven so that it takes that golden color that we like so much.

The result is a plate of pasta different and with a mild flavor that reminds a bit of the traditional ones creamed spinach.

    With these amounts, it is usually less béchamel than I usually need.
    If I need double… I double the amounts, but how do I adjust the times?
    Or is it better to do it twice?
