In our cooking robot we can cook pasta no problem. The important thing is to take into account the cooking time indicated by the manufacturer and cook it at the last moment, just before taking it to the table.

And in this recipe we fulfill that last requirement. The vegetables, which will wrap our pasta, we also cook them in Thermomix but in an initial step. Then we reserve them in the pan in which later we will sauté everything for just one minute.

But do not be scared that you can see everything in a video. By the way, where are you you drain the pasta once cooked? In the video you can see where I do it. Of course, the "drained" moment has to be very brief ... do not let the pasta dry. You dump the pasta in the container and, immediately, into the pan. And from the pan, to the table!

Ingredients

  • 1 red onion (also serves white onion, spring onion ...)
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 40 g of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 eggplant
  • 150 g of tomatoes
  • Some basil leaves
  • Sal Island
  • 1200 g of water
  • 320 g of pasta (fusilli)
  • Mozzarella
  • Grated cheese

Preparation

  1. We put the onion and the garlic clove in the glass. We program 3 seconds, speed 7.

  2. Add the oil, the pepper in pieces and the sliced ​​aubergine. We program 5 minutes, varoma temperature, counterclockwise, spoon speed.

  3. Add the tomatoes in pieces and the basil leaves. We add a little salt and program 9 minutes, varoma temperature, counterclockwise, spoon speed.

  4. Finished the time we put our vegetables in a frying pan.

  5. Without having to wash the glass, we put the water and salt in it. We program 10 minutes, 100º, speed 1 (so that the water boils).

  6. We cook the pasta during the time indicated on the package (or a minute less since then we are going to sauté it in the pan), 100º, left turn, speed 1.

  7. We drain the pasta with the varoma container and put it in our pan, on the vegetables. We add the mozzarella, the grated cheese and some basil leaves. Mix over high heat for 1 minute and serve hot.
