Pear Roses with Inverted Sugar - Cupcakes

pear rose cupcakes with invert sugar.

A few days ago we published the recipe for the muffin, the basic ones. In that post I already commented that we would enrich them a bit, do you remember? Well I was referring to this: pear rose cupcakes with invert sugar.

Do not be scared that it is very simple to do. To make some muffins in the shape of a rose we can do two things. One of them is to put the dough in rose-shaped silicone molds (simple, right?). The other, which does not need a mold, is to put in the muffins pear slices simulating the petals of the flower.

On invert sugarHere is the post so you can do it at home. Try it and you will see how good the doughs are, in this case.

What do you not have invert sugar nor intention to do so? Well, I encourage you to take the recipe from the other day and decorate your muffins with the pear slices, as I explain below. They are beautiful, very easy to make and they are… delicious!

    Hi carmen,
How good that you have tried them! I put the pear as it appears in the photo. When the cupcake rises, it is a little integrated but not completely and thus has the shape of a rose.
If you dare to do them again, let the slices come out a little more. By the way, with apple they will be great.
Thank you very much for following us !!

The truth is that they have to be very good, yesterday I made them normal and as soon as we eat them I will cheer up and I will do them! Thank you for sharing it!

That's great! Go ahead and make them because they are very beautiful and gain in flavor. In addition, you can always make a few in the shape of a rose and others as always.
Thank you for your comment Eli!
      Kisses!

Excuse me, but what is invert sugar? You can explain it to me, I have never heard or read it. I'll be waiting for your answers. Thanks.

      Hello Andrea,
In this link we explain what invert sugar is and how it is used (http://www.thermorecetas.com/2010/09/27/receta-facil-thermomix-azucar-invertido-para-helados-bizcochos/). In any case, you can make these muffins with 250 normal sugar, they will also look great on you. If you have any questions, tell us, we will be happy to help you. A kiss!

    Hello
Can you give me the recipe for these muffins but are they suitable for celiacs?

    They look great!
    Thank you

      Hi Dolores,
You can substitute the wheat flour for the one you use at home to make cakes and that is suitable for coeliacs.
      A hug!
