If the green peas They are a legume, why don't we take them in the form of a stew, with their broth?

The peas that we will use are frozen and we will cook in the varoma, while the broth is cooked with all the vegetables that appear among the ingredients. Then we will put them in the glass and let them make that chof chof that we like so much.

If you want the broth to be thicker, you just have to extend that last cooking a few more minutes.

Ingredients

  • 80 g leek
  • 110 g pumpkin
  • 45 g of celery
  • 25 g olive oil
  • 60 g of white wine
  • 1 peeled tomato (without its liquid) cut into strips
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • Sal Island
  • 700 g of water
  • 600 g frozen peas

Preparation

  1. We put the leek, the pumpkin and the celery in the glass. We bite programming 5 seconds, speed 8.

  2. We add the olive oil and the white wine. We program 8 minutes, 120º, speed 1.

  3. Add the tomato in strips, the oregano, the water and the salt. We close the glass.

  4. Divide the peas between the tray and the varoma container. We put it in position. We program 30 minutes, varoma temperature, speed 1.

  5. We remove the varoma from its position and add the cooked peas into the glass. 5 minutes, varoma temperature, counterclockwise, spoon speed.

  6. If we want the peas to have a thicker broth, we can program other 5 more minutes, varoma temperature, left turn, spoon speed.

  7. We serve immediately.
