The other day a reader asked us for information on how to peel garlic with thermomix, so we decided to put this article so that everyone can use this technique when you need it. Actually, it is a useful technique if you are going to peel a lot of garlic, although it must be recognized that some are not perfect (most do). There are two techniques that you can use depending on the use that you are going to give garlic in the kitchen (for example, stir-fries, soups, emulsions, candies ...).       Hello Beatriz, we will soon publish a post with recipes to preserve garlic, but if you are interested in doing so, you can put them in a jar and cover them with olive oil and then close it hermetically and put it in the fridge. Be careful, they always have to be covered with oil, so don't forget to fill it up if necessary as you take them out of the pot. Thanks for writing to us!!
