This peppers recipe It is so delicious that I wanted to make it on video. It is very simple and has an original mixture of ingredients that are worth trying.

They are peppers in sauce, with nectarines and cooked potato. We can serve it cold, as a salad. We can even do without the cooked potato and use it to accompany any portion of meat or fish.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1/2 yellow (or green) bell pepper
  • 1 cebolla
  • 1 Tomate
  • 150 g of nectarines (weight once peeled and pitted)
  • 50 g of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 little pepper
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar of Modena
  • 2 cooked potatoes

Preparation

  1. We wash and dry the peppers, remove the stem and seeds. We chop them up.

  2. Cut the onion into thin slices. We also chop the tomatoes.

  3. We put the oil, vegetables, sugar, salt and pepper in the glass. We program 14 minutes, varoma temperature, counterclockwise, spoon speed.

  4. Peel and chop the nectarines, removing the pit.

  5. When the scheduled time is over, we also put them in the glass. Add the balsamic oil and program 7 minutes, varoma temperature, counterclockwise, spoon speed.

  6. Peel and chop the cooked potatoes. We put them in a bowl and mix them with the peppers in sauce.
