Today I bring you a fantastic recipe for lubina in the oven with garlic oil. It is a super simple and fantastic dish to have a little fish after the excesses of Christmas.
The ingredients can not be more economic and basic: virgin olive oil, parsley and garlic. I have used sea bass, but of course, you can use any fish you like (sea bream, hake, perch…).
This dish seems ideal for dinners, since fish is a very digestive overnight. Also, we could combine it with a first as a Pea cream o cream of mushroom soup.
