Sea bass with garlic oil

Today I bring you a fantastic recipe for lubina in the oven with garlic oil. It is a super simple and fantastic dish to have a little fish after the excesses of Christmas.

The ingredients can not be more economic and basic: virgin olive oil, parsley and garlic. I have used sea bass, but of course, you can use any fish you like (sea bream, hake, perch…).

This dish seems ideal for dinners, since fish is a very digestive overnight. Also, we could combine it with a first as a Pea cream o cream of mushroom soup.

Juicy baked sea bass marinated with garlic oil and parsley, ideal for dinners and for diets low in calories and fat.

Ingredients

• 4 small seabass (we ask the fishmonger to open them in the center to prepare “on the back”)
• 100 ml extra virgin olive oil
• 8 cloves of garlic
• a good bunch of parsley (just the leaves)
• shawl

Preparation

1. We put the garlic, salt, oil and parsley in the glass. We shred 5 seconds, speed 5. We lower the remains of the walls and repeat the operation two more times at 5 seconds, speed 5. We booked.

2. On a baking tray, add a little oil, spread the sea bass, sprinkle with salt and pour the garlic oil over it, spreading it well (I used a kitchen brush).

3. Bake at 170º for 15 minutes.

4. Ready to drink!
