Persimmon dessert with cream

Un mature persimmon, by spoonfuls, it is already an exquisite dessert. But today we are going to serve it in glasses, with a creamy base. We will thus have a dessert that is a little more elaborate and irresistible.

For creamy base we are going to need whipped or semi-whipped cream (with our Thermomix it will be made in approximately 1 minute), yogurt and very little sugar because the sweet part is already given by the persimmon. And we will also put 3 grams of neutral gelatin to get the texture we are looking for.

The top is pure khaki. Well mature is so sweet you don't need anything else. My recommendation ... that you present it in small glasses.
