Pesto hummus

We adore the hummus... well ... that's nothing new judging by all hummus recipes that we have already published on our blog ... if you click on that link you will find delicacies such as hummus from lentils, Jewish, de yogurt y peppermint, de tangerine y ginger… and many more, do not miss them!

And today, we're going to continue adding to our hummus list with a pesto hummus. Hmm… sounds good huh?

It is as easy as the rest of hummus: we put all the ingredients in the Thermomix glass and mix it up! We hope you like this new version and don't forget to tell us about the social media what is your favorite version of hummus!

Delicious and creamy pesto hummus, colorful and tasty, ideal to dip with friends and surprise with a new flavor.

Ingredients

• 400 g of cooked chickpeas, drained (one pot)
• 2 tablespoons tahini
• 1 small garlic clove without the core
• 1 teaspoon ground cumin
• 50 g pine nuts
• 1 handful of fresh basil
• 1 tablespoon unsweetened Greek yogurt
• juice of 1 lemon
• 75 g olive oil
• 1 / 2 teaspoon salt
• a pinch of sweet paprika
• a pinch of freshly ground pepper

Preparation

1. We put all the ingredients (except the paprika) in the glass and crush a few seconds at speed 3. Then we grind 2 minutes at speed 4.

2. The texture will depend on your taste. The original is quite "rough" but if you want you can shred it 30 seconds at speed 6.

3. If it is too thick, add a bit of water and grind again for a few seconds at speed 4.
