Piadinas with whole wheat flour, from Nutella

Have you already tried the homemade piadines? Our dough today has flour (white and whole), white wine, honey, butter ... so it does not lack flavor.

Once formed, when we cook them, they come out those bubbles so characteristic that can be seen in the photos. In the video you can even see how they form, as if by magic, when they receive the heat from the pan.

They admit sweet and savory fillings. A few months ago we showed you another piadina dough that we filled with ham, lettuce and tomato. That can also be a good filler for today's recipe. However, on this occasion, we have chosen to fill them with Nutella… a Sunday treat!
