Ingredients

  • 25 g of Parmesan cheese in pieces
  • 100 g of wholemeal bread, the crumb
  • About 15 g of fresh parsley
  • 1 / 2 garlic clove
  • 200 g of aubergine in pieces
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • Some ground black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 400 g of minced meat (mixed, beef and pork)
  • 40 g of extra virgin olive oil
  • 450 g onion in strips
  • 250 or 300 g of meat broth
  • 2 teaspoons of liquid cream for cooking

Preparation

  1. We put the Parmesan, the bread, the parsley, the aubergine, the garlic, the salt and the pepper in the glass. We program 10 seconds, speed 7.

  2. We add the egg and the minced meat. We program 20 seconds, speed 4.

  3. We put a sheet of greaseproof paper on the counter and place the meat on it. We form a roll.

  4. We wrap it well with the baking paper and place the roll on the Varoma tray. We reserve it.

  5. In the clean glass we put the olive oil and the onion. We program 5 minutes, 120º, left turn, speed 3.

  6. Add the broth, place the Varoma in position, with the lid on, and program 30 minutes, Varoma temperature, left turn, speed 1.

  7. We carefully remove the Varoma and reserve it.

  8. We put the cream in the glass and mix by programming 15 seconds, left turn, speed 3.

  9. We serve our meat with the onion garnish.
