Pomegranate, tuna and strawberry vinaigrette salad

Now on vacation eastern we usually eat a lot, more than we usually eat. In my case, I am going on vacation to my father's town, which is in Albacete and there we will eat barbecue for several days. So when we return, it will be time to eat a little lighter.

That is why I wanted to bring you this salad today, which is a little more special than the usual ones. You will be surprised above all by the touch of our strawberry vinaigrette (Taking advantage of the fact that we are in season), you will see how simple it is and the amount of varieties that you can make salads. With the amounts that I put for the vinegar, you will get 500 ml of vinegar that you can talk perfectly for several months in a well-closed glass bottle / glass jar.

Of course, you have to be careful that the vinegar must rest about a week before you can consume it.

      Well, if you vacuum pack it, several years. And if not, put it in the fridge and I would tell you about 3-4 months (keep in mind that vinegar is a great preservative).
