In this case we are going to prepare some meatballs with pork and a delicious zucchini sauce. We have accompanied them with french fries ... and a good piece of bread! Spectacular, really. Juicy and tasty meatballs with pork, bathed in a soft and delicate zucchini sauce. Ideal as a main dish accompanied by potatoes, rice or puree.

Ingredients

  • 500 g of minced pork
  • 1/2 cup of chopped parsley

  • 1 cebolla
  • 2 garlic
  • 200 g of zucchini
  • 100 g of white wine
  • 600 g of vegetable or chicken or meat broth

  • flour to coat the meatballs + 1 teaspoon to fatten the sauce
  • 70 g olive oil

Preparation

  1. In the glass we add the sliced ​​bread, the milk, the egg and beat 10 seconds, progressive speed 5-7.

  2. We add the minced meat, the garlic salt, the chopped parsley and we program others 15 seconds, at speed 2 or until everything is integrated. We take out and reserve.

  3. Meanwhile, we form the meatballs, pass them through flour and brown in a pan with 70 g of olive oil. The Cplace in the basket and reserve.
