Pork ribs with barbecue sauce

How eager I was to prepare this recipe! I had seen it so many times on the blogs ... that I always said "I have to prepare it." Until Saturday I saw the ribs at the butcher shop and finally bought it.

I didn't really know what sauce to make it with, but in the end, I opted for a homemade barbecue sauce made with our fantastic Thermomix.

Is the barbecue sauce to add it after the gratin or is it used during the stew or during the gratin?

Hello Jorge and Víctor, sorry, I have already changed it in the recipe, my fault! The sauce spreads well on all sides BEFORE you put it in the oven. Thanks for noticing!

    Sorry, I don't understand very well;
Do you pour the sauce on top of the rack before putting it in the oven or do you put it in a separate sauce boat?
    Thank you
    all the best

Hello, where can I find the Worcestershire sauce?
    Thank you

Elena, in any large supermarket in the sauce area. Anyway, it is optional, nothing happens if you do not have or do not want to put it.

Good, I'm very glad you liked it. You'll tell me how it looks on you. Of course, remove as much fat as you can before, because I had a little excess fat left ...

The sauce has burned, come on, I can't take advantage of anything but the ribs look good, some trick to make a little sauce, help me, please

    1.    Irene Thermorecetas said

Hello Tous, what a pity about the sauce, I was very golden in many places, but it did not burn. Anyway, next time what you have to do is that if you see that it is being toasted excessively, and there are still many minutes to finish cooking, cover the tray with white paper, so it will not burn on top.
Anyway, I leave you here a recipe from the Thermomix recipe book so that you can make more sauce and you can put it on once cooked:

      1 / 2 chopped onion
      300 gr of Kepchup
      50 g sugar
      a splash of lemon
      50 g of honey
      1/2 teaspoon pepper
      1/2 teaspoon of sweet paprika.
      1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
      1 teaspoon of salt
      1 teaspoon thyme
      1 teaspoon basil
      1 teaspoon oregano

We put the onion in the glass and program 6 seconds, speed 6.
Add the ketchup, sugar, lemon juice and honey and program 20 seconds speed 4.
We add the rest of the ingredients and mix again 10 seconds, speed 4.
And now we program 2 minutes, temperature 50, speed 1,This way we will get the honey to mix well.

      You will tell me!

A little thing! Can you put the ribs in a roasting bag and then take them out to brown them? I'm saying this because I don't know if the oven gets too dirty, thanks.
