Potato gateau (or potato gatò)

In the video the name of this dish appears as potato gateau although perhaps it is preferable to use the Italianized name "cat" o "Gattò". It is traditional of Neapolitan and Sicilian cuisine and the main ingredient, how could it be otherwise, is the potato.

The rest of the ingredients can be modified to your liking: you can put the cheese that you have at home or replace the mortadella for another sausage that you like more (cooked ham, loin…)

And don't be scared by the video… Last week I had my arm in a cast but, even so, I decided to record it. My intention was to always work with the left, although it was not as easy as I thought and, despite using huge posters, the plaster can be seen… Fortunately, my scaphoid is healed and in the next video recipe I will be able to use both hands.
