Potato lasagna with aubergine béchamel

Today I propose a dish with eggplant and potato: A kind of lasagna made with these two ingredients.

Do you remember the pumpkin bechamel? well, we will do something similar but with aubergine. It is a very simple dish since both the potatoes and the béchamel are made in Thermomix. And then, if we feel like it, we can grill everything in the oven so that the cheese that we will put on the surface.

I call it lasagna but it doesn't have pasta. This time it will be the potatoes that accompany our Bechamel sauce enriched.

      Hello Paula. You can grill it at 200 for 10 minutes, or until the surface is golden brown.
