Prince type biscuit cake

Biscuit_cookies_principe_corte

Surprisingly delicious! And do you know the funniest thing? Which, despite the name, doesn't taste as much like prince cookies as I thought. Of course, it is juicy, tasty, exquisite ... I was very surprised by this cake. With a glass of milk, a tea or a coffee it is the perfect snack or breakfast. Well, I took it to work and there were not even crumbs ...

Here you have a step by step of the preparation: the crushed cookies and the cake mix.

And that's how it looks after it comes out of the oven. You will see that it drops a little when it cools down, it is normal.

This cake is incredible, because of how easy and fast it is to make, but, above all, because of the fluffiness !!! I have done it in the afternoon and for breakfast, there was hardly any left! A great recipe !! Thank you..

I wanted to ask you if it would be better with icing sugar or invert sugar

Hello, I have made the biscuit and it has gone too low that I could see the past
    🙁

    1.    Irene Arcas said

Hello Andreina, the problem seems to be the baking time and the temperature. If it grew at the beginning and then it fell, it is because it was not fully cooked inside. Next time do not open the oven for 30 minutes, check with a toothpick that the center is cooked well and if not, place a little silver foil on top and continue baking so that it will not burn. I hope I've helped!

This recipe can be made with an electric mixer because I have one called planetary. And the other thing, which is the prince cookie, because where I live there is no such thing as other cookies, for example: wine cookies, soda etc. Thank you I am Chilean and I live in the last corner of Chile. I am from the big island of Chiloe. bye a hug and god bless you gina.

Hello Gina, you could do it with an electric mixer, without any problem. The prince cookies are LU brand chocolate filled cookies. I leave you the image in case you find something similar in your land !! Lucky:
