El baked provolone cheese It is a very simple option to prepare. In fact we could prepare it only with salt, pepper and oregano and melt it in the oven which would be delicious. In this case, we are going to prepare it with two things: one tomato sauce, basil and anchovies and, on the other hand, we are going to accompany you with some garlic bread slices which we will also toast in the oven.

In this recipe we prepare only 1 thick cheese slice because we propose this dish as a light starter for 4 people. If there are more of you or if you like it a lot and want to eat more you can double the amounts and make two casseroles.
