It looks great, I'm going to do it but ... you could substitute goat cheese for brie for example (goat cheese is the only one of all the cheeses that I don't like). Thank you Since I discovered your page, I am delighted to give you some great and easy recipes I have already made a lot. Thank you…. dawn

Of course you can substitute it. The only thing is that being brie you don't have to put it in the thermomix, but put the pieces of cheese directly in the puff pastry. It will melt beautifully when cooked in the oven. Glad you like the recipe. You will tell us how it turned out for you. A hug.

Hi! If I cook it in the morning and bake it at night, it will be just as good, right?

Hello Cría, if you do, be careful to drain everything well, put it in the cold and keep it in the fridge covered with transparent film so that it does not dry out. Will you tell us how it turned out? Thanks for following us.

Yesterday I had guests and it was one of the recipes I made, with camember cheese. Exit. I did it in individual logs.

What a joy Franbp, is that the camembert cheese is delicious. And the individual rolls are a success! Thank you very much for your message 🙂

HOW MUCH GOAT CHEESE YOU NEED TO PUT

  7.   Snow White said

I have modified it with the ingredients I had:

    -Blue cheese, instead of goat.
-Whipped egg for brushing, instead of grated cheese.

    I added:
    -Chopped chives.
    -Nutmeg.

    The recipe is very rich!
Although, since I don't have a Thermomix, I have done it in a pot.

I really liked your recipe. Thank you!
