Today we are going to cook cauliflower, even if it doesn't look like it. Specifically, we are going to make some puff pastry triangles filled with a rich cauliflower couscous.

We will cook our vegetables to the varoma, with turmeric, raisins, a little oil... and then we will fill with this mixture a few puff pastry triangles that we will prepare in the oven.

While the cauliflower is cooking, we will bake the puff pastry. So, in about forty minutes, we will have this original recipe ready.

    Good morning Ascen, I found it super original. But with what do you suggest I take advantage of the basket and varoma during the cooking time of the cauliflower?

      In the Varoma container you can cook fish fillets or even chicken or turkey fillets.
      For the basket, I would make some potatoes (peeled and finely chopped).

    Good evening, Ascen, I'm sure it will be like that. Ascen, I'm going to put purple carrots and parsnips in the basket, which I always do instead of putting potatoes. Thank you very much for your help and for sharing your recipes.
