Pumpkin hummus

If you celebrate Halloween Surely you already have your pumpkin at home, waiting to be emptied. Well, today's recipe is to take advantage of that pulp or that of any other pumpkin.

We are going to use roasted pumpkin so, if you take advantage of the pulp of the Halloween, you will have to bake it before putting it in the Thermo glass. If you use any other pumpkin you can roast it whole, at 180-200 and until you can insert a skewer stick without having to force yourself.

When the pulp is done, you just have to put all the ingredients in the glass and mash. Our machine takes care of that.

You can serve the hummus with a drizzle of olive oil, a little paprika, some seeds and some homemade crackers.
