Pumpkin risotto with Parmesan flakes and balsamic vinegar

You are going to like today's risotto both for its simplicity and for its flavor. It is mellow and has a delicate flavor that contrasts with the Parmesan and balsamic vinegar that we will add at the end.

To make a good risotto it is important that we use the right rice. Can be Arborio, Carnaroli, Baldo, Vialone Nano ...
