Quiche Lorraine with sausage, ham and cheese

And for today, a video recipe for quiche !! The quiches they are most grateful. In this blog we already have many quiche recipes already published with different flavors and ingredients, all of them delicious. Thanks to the Thermomix we will be able to give the quiches a really incredible fluffy and creamy texture.

For today's recipe we have used York ham and sausages, a combination that children will love. We like to drink it the most when it is warm, fresh from the oven. But it keeps very well the following days or it can even be frozen in portions and given a quick bake so that it takes on creaminess again and the base becomes crisp.
