We propose how to make a super fast dessert or appetizer. With the puff pastry that we can buy in any of our stores we can make delicious cupcakes.
They are filled with strawberry jam, but you can combine it with any jam. We suggest the orange flavored one, it looks great with the chocolate that we will use later.
In the filling we have added laminated almonds. When we already have the bows baked we have covered their ends with a layer of dark chocolate, so they will be great.

Ingredients
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 1 handful of sugar
- 125 g of Strawberry jam
- 3 handfuls of sliced almonds
- 175 g of dark chocolate for pastries
Preparation
Prepare a tray that can go in the oven and line it with baking paper. Place and spread the puff pastry and pour the strawberry jam in half of the dough. We also spread it and spread it on the surface.
In the other half of the puff pastry we put the handful of sugar and incise a little with the hand so that it penetrates into the dough.
Take one side of the dough (where the sugar is) and lift it to cover the other half of the dough, where the jam is.
We make some vertical cuts, between 4-5 cm apart. Each portion that we make will be one of the bows.
We take each portion and seal the sides as we can. Then we twist them to make the shape of the bows.
Place them on the tray and put them in the oven. 200 ° for 12 minutes approx.
Cut the chocolate into small pieces and place it in a bowl to melt them in the microwave. We'll set it to very low power and start with one minute. Then we program 30 second intervals until we see that it takes heat and we will begin to turn with the spoon so that it melts completely.
If we already have the puff pastries ready and somewhat cold, we can spread each end in the melted chocolate. Let them dry on a rack until the chocolate solidifies. If we want to do it quickly we can put them in the refrigerator for a few minutes. Then we can enjoy these delicious bows.
