What I like most about ingredients like quinoa is that you can make a wide variety of dishes with them. They allow you to prepare from complete dishes to fun recipes and informal like these bites of quinoa.
A plus that this recipe has is that does not carry egg and allergy sufferers will surely appreciate it. For recipes of this type such as meatballs or Pancakes I usually use the trick of replacing it with flax seeds and water. It's not always so easy to replace it, but it works like a charm here.
The only downside to these quinoa bites is that they should be eaten hot or warm because they are not half as rich when cold. I love that dot crunchy that have. And with homemade tomato sauce they are addicted!

Hi Mayra, if I don't have the flax seeds, can I substitute an egg or breadcrumbs for them? Thank you!!
regards
Hello rosa:
You can exchange the flax seeds and the 50 g of water for an egg. But then the recipe will no longer be vegan.
Regards!!
Hello Mayra:
When you say fried onion, do you mean the crispy onion that we use for salads?
Thank you
Hello Concha:
Yes, exactly to that onion. You already know the characteristic flavor that these quinoa bites already have is great 😉
Regards!
