Raw vegan cheese

cheese-raw vegan-thermorecetas

Has it ever happened to you that you discover something fantastic and, excited, you are telling everyone about it? Well that's what happened to me with this recipe raw vegan cheese.

I have been delighted since I tried it. I like it for its texture, it's taste and how easy it is to do. We can also vary the proportion of nuts according to our own tastes.

The only thing to keep in mind is that we have to soak the almonds and cashews. I have put 8 hours for you because I leave them at night and so, the next morning, I have them ready. But with 4 hours it works fine too.

Do not stop preparing this cheese raw vegan. It is served as any other dip and it is so delicious that it is to start and not stop !!

One question… what is nutritional yeast and where can it be found?
    Thank you

      Hello Elisa:

I answer you the same as the rest so that there is no confusion.

Nutritional yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) is grown from sprouted barley (malt) and then must be carefully dried (below 60ºC) so as not to destroy its main ingredients: vitamins and heat-sensitive enzymes. In addition to its valuable contribution in nutritional substances (vitamins, minerals, amino acids, etc.), yeast is important for its reinforcing action and modulation of the intestinal flora.
It cannot be confused with brewer's yeast, which is a different product.
You will find it in organic product stores. It is a product totally suitable for vegans and it has a flavor between cheese and nuts that I love !!
      Regards!!

I would like to know how many days it is kept and how.
Thank you very much for this website in general

      Hello Anna:

Store it in the fridge in a resealable container (jar or tupper). If you want to curl the curl, better glass than plastic.

I have had it for up to 7 days and it was fine but you have to follow the instructions that I tell you.

      Regards!!
