If you want to add a touch of color to your tables on these holidays, look at the red cabbage garnish with prunes that we propose today.

It also has potato, which provides creaminess, and some raw apple dumplings that will be the crunchy touch.

All the prunes they practically fall apart when cooking Lombard but its flavor does not go unnoticed.

A colorful garnish that looks great with any type of meat.

Ingredients

  • 500 g of red cabbage cut into strips of approximately half a centimeter
  • 12 pitted prunes
  • 30 g of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Sal Island
  • 1 or 2 apples
  • The lemon juice of 1
  • Some sage leaves
  • 130 g potato peeled and in pieces

Preparation

  1. We put the oil and the peeled garlic in the glass. We program 2 minutes, 120º, without beaker.

  2. We remove the garlic.

  3. We put the peeled potato, the red cabbage and a little salt in the glass. We program 7 minutes, 120º, left turn, speed 1, no beaker.

  4. We add the plums, we program 14 minutes, 100º, left turn, speed 1.

  5. We take advantage of this time to peel the apples and make the balls. We are putting them in a small bowl and we add the lemon juice to them so that they do not oxidize.

  6. We serve decorating with apple balls and some sage leaves.
