Do not miss this Risotto! Mmmm creamy, mellow, very very tasty, And like all rices in thermomix it is perfect and it is very simple to prepare. You will never miss the rice again if you do it with the thermomix!

In this case I have chosen to use a wine that we had left over from a family meal, seasonal vegetables like tomato and green peppers, and a fresh squid just bought from the fishmonger. Would you like to try it?

    If I did it without wine, would I make the same amount that you indicate in the broth wine? Can you use normal round rice or would they not be the same times? Thanks.

    I did it the other day and it was good, although next time I will reduce the amount of wine because it kills the taste of everything else. I would put 100 ml of wine instead of 250 ml. But very good, thanks for the recipe.
