Apple rice pudding

How rich is the rice pudding! And it is that in the thermomix it comes out phenomenal and it is so comfortable to make ... it also comes out very very successful because it is done slowly and stirring slowly with the help of the butterfly that almost almost seems like the one that our grandmothers did over the fire stirring with their spoon stick.

Taking advantage of what they gave me apples I thought that the combination of apple, cinnamon and rice would be very good, so I decided to prepare a new version of rice pudding, with a very tasty touch of apple. I encourage you to try it, it is delicious, and although it takes almost 1 hour to prepare, rest assured that it will be the Thermomix who will work for you. It is a perfect dessert to prepare in advance if you have people to eat at home, for example.

A new version of the traditional rice pudding to which we add a touch of apple with a juicy, tasty and delicious result.

Ingredients

• 1 apple without skin or seeds (the variety that you like the most)
• 150 g of rice
• 1,5 l. whole milk
• 250 g of sugar
• 60 butter g
• 1 stick of cinnamon
• A piece of lemon peel)
• Cinnamon

Preparation

1. We put the chopped apple in the glass and crush 5 seconds, speed 6. We lower the remains of the lid and walls.

2. We put the butterfly on the blades and add the rice, the milk, the cinnamon stick and the lemon peel. We program 40 minutes, temperature 100º and speed 1.

3. When finished, add the sugar and butter. We program 7 minutes, temperature 100º and speed 1.

4. With great care we remove the butterfly, the cinnamon stick and the piece of orange peel.

5. We serve in bowls and when it tempers a little we put them in the fridge. We serve by sprinkling cinnamon powder on top.
