Rice pudding, with orange blossom water and pistachios

Preparation

1. We put the pistachios in the glass and grate them during 10 seconds in progressive speed 5-10. We take out the grated pistachios and reserve them.

2. Put the milk, cream, orange blossom water and 60 g of honey in the glass. We program 7 minutes, 100º, speed 1.

3. We add the rice and program 30 minutes, 90º, left turn, speed 1, no beaker.

4. Add the butter and mix with the spatula.

5. We put the rice pudding in a large bowl or in several individual ones. Let it cool first to room temperature and then, when it is not so hot, in the refrigerator.

6. At the moment of serving, sprinkle the grated pistachios on the surface. Once served in individual bowls we can add more honey (if we like sweets a lot). We will add a splash of milk or a couple of tablespoons of natural yogurt if we prefer it with a lighter texture.
