What is different about this rice with seafood is that it is made without fish broth. I know that it is strange that it does not have this ingredient ... but sometimes it happens: you have the rice, a little shellfish in the freezer, you want to prepare it and ... you realize that you are missing the hot and / or fish remains to do so.
