This is one of those recipes that you can make if you want to prepare a different garnish. It's a rice with natural tomato, carrot and dried tomatoes, very simple.

I don't know if you use the dried tomatoes. I use them to make broth, in rice dishes, with mince, in salads ... I like them because they have an intense flavor that enhances the flavor of many preparations.
