Roast Beef Risotto Style Fideuá

The fideuá is a bit like rice or pasta, that if we give it a spin, we can make wonderful dishes that are totally useful. Today we are going to prepare a delicious fideuá that we will make with roast beef in sauce that we had yet to spend. We can use any meat in sauce that we have. It works great, for example, with veal tail, round roast, stewed chicken, garden veal, etc.

And it is that the peculiarity is that we are going to prepare this fideuá in the way in which we would cook the risotto and the result has been very good. A tasty and very creamy dish, with that final touch of butter and parmesan, exquisite!

The key is that part of that sauce will be the broth of our fideuá, so all the flavor of the sauce will be absorbed by the pasta. And, the meat will be completely shredded and integrated into the fideuá when cooking everything together. The rest of the ingredients, super easy: onion, garlic and peppers. Nothing more. A fideuá of roasted meat in a sauce that we prepare risotto style, with a final touch of butter and Parmesan. A delight!

Ingredients

• 200 g thick fideuá noodles
• 250 g of shredded roast beef
• 600 g of broth (with the meat sauce and water up to 600 g)
• 100 g onion
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 100 g red and green bell peppers
• 40 g olive oil
• 2 butter nuts
• 50 g of white wine
• salt and pepper to taste
• grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

1. Put the oil, the pepper, the chopped garlic and the onion in the glass and program 5 seconds, speed 4. We lower the remains of the lid and walls and fry 8 minutes, temperature 120º, spoon speed.

2. Add the noodles, salt and program 1 minute, temperature 100º, turn to the left, spoon speed. We add the wine and program 1 minute, temperature 100º, turn to the left, spoon speed.

3. Add the hot broth and the shredded meat with your hands and We program 8 minutes, temperature 100º, turn to the left, spoon speed. 

4. With the machine off, add the butter and stir with the spatula. Serve on plates and grate Parmesan cheese on top. To enjoy!
